What days are you open for sale?
We are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. For Phone/Skype inquiry we are open Monday through to Saturday from 9 - 5pm EST.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express. You may also pay through PayPal or Stripe.
What if I need to return my purchase?
If you are concerned about shipping time for an order you have placed, or your order still has not arrived after the estimated shipping dates provided to you, please contact us (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST).
If a return is necessary, you will be given a return authorization number. You will need to ship the item back at your own cost, you may also be responsible for a 15% restocking fee.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most products ship on the next business day after your order is placed. Our sales representative can provide you with a more accurate estimate of how long your order will take to get to you. If at any point you would like to follow up with us regarding the status of your order, simply call us and we will be glad to help you.
